If other people know of similar lists (or have lists of your own), please make their existence known to the group. 1. "Requirements for Internet Mail Transport Agents" internet-draft . This was written as an applicability statement for RFC 821 before it was decided to revise the mail documents. 2. "How to be a Bad Email Citizen" by Julian Onions, internet-draft . From the abstract: "This document intends to describe some of the common problems, mistakes and errors that are made in electronic mail".
