I would like to propose the following section be included in the
upcoming 822 AS document:

X. Reservation of RFC 1036 field-names

Unless otherwise defined in a standards-track document, field-names
defined in RFC 1036 are reserved and MUST NOT not be used for purposes
other than described in RFC 1036.

For example, the field-name "Newsgroups" is defined in RFC 1036 as
specifying the newsgroup or newsgroups in which the message belongs.
Since this field-name is not otherwised defined in a standards-track
document, user agents which use this header to list the newsgroups in
which the previous correspondence which the message answers belonged
are nonconforming.
