Hi:

Just to let you know.  The acronym "MID" is already in
wide usage as the Metafile for Interactive Documents,
an SGML document type created for the Office of Naval
Research as an SGML/HyTime scripting and user interface
language.  While that may not be of import, there
will be some confusion.
