How would you have to change your NNTP server to make it work all of the time? * news articles that expired Archive all news, or pay a service fee to someone else who does. (DEC?) * messages in private mailboxes Index everyone's private mail by message ID (at least those in your workgroup, company, area supported by NNTP server), and then give access according to mailbox access control lists? These both seem doable.
