Hello - I've just joined this list at the suggestion of Eric Allman.
Among other things, I'm author of exmh, a user agent written
in Tcl/Tk and layered on top of MH.  See

Are there pointers to any documentation that would catch me up
with this group?  Is there some version of the following yet?

   Aug 95 Issue one or more internet-drafts which identify problems with
	  existing messaging documents, and propose solutions to those problems
	  with solutions can be identified.
