If "we" can agree on a common solution and reflect that in our implementations, many (not all) "technically ignorant" users will go along with it. As for the users that don't go along, well, we can't stop people from messing with things they don't understand. The best we can do is to attempt to make the recommended changes tolerant of user-induced brain damage. Keith
