We should encourage UA designers to fix that. It is simply not the case that there are only two reasonable sets of addresses to send a response to a message to. Here are reasonable sources for addresses to respond to: Reply-to From To cc bcc Sender Resent-reply-to Resent-from Resent-to Resent-cc Resent-bcc Resent-sender If, when I say I want to reply, more UAs simply gave me the list of addresses above and asked me to specify which ones to use, there wouldn't be any problem with Reply-to. There are lots of combinations of these addresses that make sense in various situations.
