I'd prefer to defer the WG last call until after a -04 draft appears,
the -03 one had some errors, and while I have no doubt but that they will
be corrected properly, let's wait a few weeks and see the draft.

On the other hand, I see no reason why we need any discussion on the abnf
itself in Munich.  Even the few remaining issues on what the core set of
definitions should look like can probably be handled on the list.
