Well, if it is within our charter to do so, let me say that I
would love to see software be required to support "Postmaster".
If a Postmaster alias isn't defined, software should generate an
error message and exit, or generate a warning message and deliver
Postmaster mail to a known administrative account.  (such as "root"
or "system")
