Delivering postmaster mail to root if postmaster is not defined
doesn't seems to me a good idea. I've seen too many host on which
root's mail was not aliased to a human being and thus was never read.

Not defining postmaster on a host that is supposed to receive mail
is clearly a configuration error. I'd like to see MTAs complaining
about it.
