Below is a less typo-rich version. The facts, though, remain the same > VMS mail, CC:mail, Lotus Notes and MSmail only have a "from" header and no > reply-to header. This is a true statement for cc:Mail, but not Notes. A new native Reply-to header (Notes item name = ReplyTo) was added to Notes 4.0 in late 95, and a new native Author header (Notes item name = Principal,) distinct from From (=Sender) was added to Notes 4.5 in early 97. There are still no native Resent items, though any resent-.. header fields received in an RFC 822 message are retained in an $AdditionalHeaders Notes item, they just cannot be set when sending. Nick
