Now, this message is (a) posted to news.admin.software, (b) sent via  
mail to individual1@bla.com and (c) via mail to the submission addresses  
for drums and usefor.

(Note 1: listids are a proposed feature in the maillist-headers WG, the  
UAs would have to keep a database for each list to know submission/ 
subscription/unsubscription addresses. It would be also possible for the  
sending UA to include this information in the headers of the message.)

The public reply (followup) would look like this:

Unresolved issues:

. Does it make sense to define Followup-CC-To defaulting to CC? This
  would allow omitting the FCT header in the public reply example above.

. What about a Reply-Cc-To header, defined in a way that Reply-To gives
  the primary recipients of personal replies RCT the secondary ones?

. How to send the information about the lists or local non-usenet
  newsgroups. There are propoals for both, but they can handle only
  one list/newsgroups. See draft-costales-subscribe-01.txt (List-*) and
  draft-zawinski-posted-mailed-00.txt (Followup-Host).
