Since the DRUMS group has had neither of:
- A new version of the SMTP document
- A first draft of the 822bis document
- Significant discussion on the mailing list
I cannot think of any reason to keep the second session allocated
to the group in Los Angeles.

If any of these facts are significantly off base, in your opinion,
please indicate so to the list.
If nobody has significant reasons to change this decision, one of the
two scheduled sessions will be removed from the agenda; which depends on
the competition for meeting space.
