Trust is built on civility and respect for others' opinions.  You have
show neither.  Regardless of the technical merit of your arguments, your
tone has been appallingly arrogant.  IMHO, a little more politeness would
go a long way towards getting this group, and this thread, moving again
in a more positive direction.
