I'm not sure whether its been noted before or not, but
one fix definitely needed to 821's syntax is the removal
of the silly restriction that all labels in domain names
be at least 3 characters long - meaning that if you wanted
to send to me at my "kre@cs.mu.oz.au" address, all four
labels in the domain violate 821's syntax grammar...
