(e) Kahle v. Ashcroft

Southern Pacific Employee Bulletins 1936-1945

originally submitted by Thomas Beutel:

These bulletins contained many articles and pictures of the development of the Southern Pacific Railroad, as well as information on employee events. It is particularly interesting to read about the post-depression and WWII activities of the railroad.

Stifled uses

Thomas Beutel:

I would like to share these on the internet, perhaps through the Internet Archive, but I cannot determine if it is legal for me to do so, especially under the current regeme. There is no copyright notice in these bulletins, rather just the following information: "Published monthly by Southern Pacific Company, Bureau of News, in the interest of, and distributed free to, active and retired employes (sic). Address of editor, 65 Market Street, San Francisco".
