Chrisitan Music from '60s & '70s

Old lp records that we use on a nitche radio format to program to older ultra concertive christians.

Stifled uses

w. cox:

My employer runs a radio station featuring older Christian music from the 60s & 70s. Nearly all of the work was released under labels that no longer exist, some labels where bought up by other labels, others just winked out of existence. We pay royalties to three different umbrella organizations ASCAP, BMI, I forget the third one. When you ask them if they cover a particular song they always try to be vague and give you the idea your covered, but in looking through their catalog of labels/artists/song a lot of the songs we play on this nitch format aren't licensable. There isn't really a way to be legit on this.
