(e) Kahle v. Ashcroft

Victory through air power

originally submitted by Yves Quemener:

During WWII Walt Disney studio produced a propaganda film entitled "Victory through air power" that explained the advantage of bombers and fighters in battle.
This work has never been distributed, only played in theatres. But it hasn't been played for years.
I never contacted Disney to get it, I now fairly well that they won't make a DVD out of the films just for me. As I considered it fair, I tried to find it on P2P networks but it seems totaly unknown apart from a 20 seconds trailer.

Stifled uses

Yves Quemener:

I just wanted to satisfy my curiosity. I was interested in the history of cartoons. The interest of such a film, even for a WWII historian, seems evident to me.

Michael Brown:

Disney released "Victory Thru Air Power" on DVD this past month as part of their "Disney Treasury" collections. So, none issue.
