CAW is a subset on the internet that is restricted to static content, i do
very much like the idea of CAW in that subset, but it is a subset. 
e.g. if your URI pointed to live streaming media then CAW wouldnt be
applied.

Yea, the pieces are there, they just have to be put together in the right

IMHO p2p is only about the transport layer.
